WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE??

EGG NOODLES RECIPE IS MY FAVORITE 

Ingredients for egg noodles recipe, 250grams of parboiled fresh noodles, 3eggs, 1cup chopped grafted cabbage, 1cup grated carrot, 1cup sliced Onion, 7slice gree chill, 2teaspoon powdered black pepper, salt as required, 2table spoon olive oil, 3teaspoon garlic paste, 1teaspoon aginomoto, 1cup finely chopped bean, 2table spoon soy sauce, 1handful chopped coriander leaves. 

     

HOW TO PREPARE IT 

Step1. To make it easy first parboiled the noodles and drain the water completely and keep aside from fire, heat the pan over the the medium flame and add your oil when sufficiently done hot, add the ginger garlic paste and allow it fry for some minutes, if you wish to make it more delicious, add some finely chopped green chillies you can also chillies soaked in vinegar.

Step 2: toss the veggies and cook the egg, the onions bean and green chillies in  the same pan and Sante for a minute or two, add the carrots, cabbage, salt pepper powder, soy sauce and ajinomoto,  stir fry the ingredients for some time, once done, add the boiled noddles and break the egg into the pan, mix it well and allow it cook for a few minutes, if you like Smoky flavours, stir the veggies mix on a high flame.

Step 3: Garnish and indulge in the goodness, cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook like 2 to 3 minutes, once done, transfer the dishes into a serving bowls and garnish it with corridor leaves, serve hot and pair with it spicy gray of your choice, then enjoy yourself.
